Cannot download healthstream class getting error "error-creating debug log-undefined ".

Original title : trying to load internet class, have error creating debug log undefined message.

trying to load healthstream class, access denied due to 3 probs, pop-up  blocker,needed to be turned off and I turned it off, next  needed adobe flash 7.5 or better and I think I successfully downloaded it, next needed adobe acrobat reader 6.0 or better and I followed instruction to load it.. After I got into the class and it was attempting to download go "error-creating debug log-undefined " message. What now is this?

Sorry that you’re getting error while downloading healthstream class tutorial, It seems that script is blocking the download content.

Which web brower are you using?

Check the version of Windows.

Which version of the Windows operating system am I running?
