Cannot install any app through Windows Store

I can login the Windows Store, and I can browse the apps, but I cannot install any of them.

 

The error code is "0x80073CF9". I searched this error code on the Internet, there were a lot people have the same issue, but nobody found any way to solve it.

 

I've try to stop some services and deleted the "SoftwareDistribution" folder under "C:\Windows" and still with no help.

I may have found a solution. Do you have a "%windir%/auinstallagent" directory (e.g. C:\Windows\auinstallagent) on your machine? If not, try creating that folder and try installing an app from the Store again.

 

It worked for me; I can now install and update Apps.
