Windows cannot read the <Productkey> setting from the unattended answer file

I get the submect message when I attemt to create a VMWare 8 virtual machine by pointing the VM to the ISO. I am not using an answer file. The version is the 32 bit preview. Any help is appreciated.

Answer

You need to disconnect the virtual floppy drive. Look at the icons along the bottom right of the VMware Player screen - right click the one that looks like a floppy disc and choose "disconnect", then restart your install.

I found that I had to power off the VM, go into machine settings highlight Floppy drive in the list of hardware and choose Remove before this worked.

The floppy was already disconnected but had the same error
