Windows 8 0x80070015 during install

I am re installing 8 on a computer that had a pretty effortless install initially but am having nothing but problems now. Currently, I get a 0x80070015 error when trying to install on my drive. I have tried both GPT and MBR formats depending on my boot option set in the BIOS. I have also tried using my DVD and a USB drive for my boot media. Any Ideas?
