windows 8 error 0xc0000138

Hello,

new install Windows 8

got error pleasewait.exe

windows cannot find ,,pleasewait.exe...make sure you,ve tiped the name 

correctly,then try again

after click ok get black screen for 15 min and restart and repair

after 20 min repair windows start and error is again on decktop

I also had faced the same problem in windows 7 computer. But in my case I encountered the problem after I issued the command sfc /scannow in command prompt. According to me may be it is because windows is not genuine or else you have installed some applications for crack. If it is due to this you can run the application again. In my case it fixed after I connected to the internet.
