windows media player shows migrate license error "have to download a license"

when trying to play music on windows media player migrate license error comes up saying i have to download a license how is this achieved?

I find that this simple procedure worked for me, it only took a few seconds.  My setup is – 64 bit, Windows v.8.1, Firefox.

Procedure:

When you get the error message which is a web page - which has the heading -

“Migrate License Error” and in the middle of the screen is a message which says something like “The license cannot be downloaded because your Web browser is not supported …..”

do this -

1 - Press F5

2 - Read the message.

I managed to correct the problem by doing a complete re-boot then when i 1st opened the media player it asks if you want everything to be allowed to play or words to that extent by doing this i can now play all my music this however is a drastic action and would imagine there is an easier way of doing this.
