Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable error 1935

So I have tried opening league of legends but it had a bunch of corrupt files so i decided to uninstall and reinstall but when i try reinstalling it stops and gives me 'Microsoft.VC80.ATL.type="win32".version="8.0.50727.762".publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b".processorArchitecture="x86"  

What can i do to fix it?

Please follow below steps and check if it helps.

Method 1: Install the latest Windows Update and Uninstall and Re install the game.

Step 1: Check the Windows updates for any latest updates.

Check in Windows updates if any driver updates are available. If so, install the same and check if it   helps.

  1. Press “Windows Logo” + “W” keys from the keyboard.
  2. Type “Updates” in the search bar and click on the icon “Windows Update” from the search result.
  3. On the “Windows Update” window, click on the link: “Check for updates” from the left hand side of the window to receive a fresh list of updates.
  4. If the updates are available, then install all the updates listed there.

 

Step 2: Uninstall and Re install the game.

  1. Press Windows Key + X.
  2. Go to Control Panel.
  3. Programs and Features (right-click on the game you want, and select "Uninstall").
  4. Restart your computer.
  5. Install the game once again.

 

If the issue persist follow the Method 2.

Method 2: Install the game in compatibility mode.


a. Locate the executable file (.exe file) for the game. 

b. Right-click the file, and then click Properties.

c. In the Package Name Properties dialog box, click the Compatibility tab.

d. Click to select the Run this program in compatibility mode for check box, click Windows 8 with which it is compatible with in the Run this program in compatibility mode for list, and then click OK.

e. Double-click the executable file to start the game.

Where did C++ 2005 come from,Dought its even compatable with 8.0

Either way,C++ shows errors from other software,C++ probably isnt the problem,but league of

legends is...Since the install failed,chk add/remove,remove if it shows,after,open my computer,

search,extended search,type in the software and any other it might have,delete all,run disk cleanup,

defrag,restart pc,retry install.

Start with 2008 redistributable,add 2010,2012,2013

So I tried getting all the updates but I reach two errors one for an important update and one for two optional updates 

the errors codes are:  80070BC9 and 800F0246. When I click on the "Get help with this error" button it took me to the trouble shooting page were I clicked on "I tried to install updates but one or more wasn't installed" I followed the instructions but was stopped when I could not access my "Change PC Settings". Is there something wrong with my PC settings as well?

Hi Tenkon,

If you are unable to open "Change PC Settings" It looks like system files corruption on the PC.

Try the following link and see if that helps:
