Keyboard Backlight not working in Sony VAIO S after upgrade to Windows 8 Pro

Hi, I have a Sony VAIO VPCSB26FG notebook. I just upgraded to Windows 8 Pro, and my keyboard's backlight doesn't work! I tried a lot of things (including installing drivers). I would appreciate some help here.

2.      Did you run Windows 8 upgrade assistant?

Here are few methods that you may try in order to fix the issue.

 

Method 1: Run the Hardware troubleshooter and check.

 

Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter:

a. Press Windows key + C on your keyboard to show the Charms bar, click on search.

b. Type Troubleshooting and click Troubleshooting under Settings.

c. Now type Hardware Troubleshooter in the search option.

d. Click on Hardware troubleshooter to run the troubleshooter.

 

Method 2: Install the drivers from the following link and check.
