A timeout occurred while waiting for the EHCI host controller Interrupt on Async Advance Doorbell response.

Everytime I put my n150 netgear wireless adapter under heavy load(downloading World of Warcraft for example) it will drop connection and until I restart the computer the usb port the adapter was in is useless.  I dug into the event viewer and found A timeout occurred while waiting for the EHCI host controller Interrupt on Async Advance Doorbell response, source usbehci.  This seems to have been an ongoing issue with windows 8 as I have found other threads referencing it but as far as I can tell they are pre-release and no actualy working solutions have been posted.  I have already ensured all drivers, firmware, and chipsets are up to date and compatible.  ANYONE please help?

Answer
Quick workaround I found:
- try falling back to WiFi G instead of using N

In my case it works.. no more dropping. But not the same bandwidth either...
