How to asssign keyboard layouts per program

original title: Keyboard layouts in Windows 8

I have noticed that whenever I change keyboard layout in Windows 8 (Windows key+space), I do it for the whole Windows, in each program, no matter if Desktop or Win 8 UI app. In Windows 7 keyboard layouts could be changed separately for each program, so I could use different keyboard layouts at the same time when I was working in different programs, in each of them I could set up different keyboard layout. Is this not possible in Windows 8 at all, or maybe there is some setting which allows changing keyboard layouts separately for each program?

Answer
Answer
go to Control Panel > Clock, Language and Region > Language > Advanced settings

you will see check box "Let me set a different input method for each app windows"

it under "Switching input methods"

Just check it and that all you need.
