Hi,

These should help for the tweaking part.

7 free Windows 7 tweaking utilities

If you use your favorite search engines you can find others including specific function
tools which do some of the PowerToys tricks.

Hope this helps.

This link just goes to the same page, not to a page that has the power tools.

Press shift + right-click on the folder in windows explorer. You will see some new items, including "Open Command Window here" in the context menu.

Thanks. I just spent two fruitless hours looking for the "Move to/send to any folder. I have it on my laptop and my old desktop, but on this new desktop I've been unable to find PowerToys for Win 7 anywhere. Mostly I want to move files from one folder to another without having to copy and paste.

You can right-click and drag the selected file(s).  When letting go, "Move" will be one of the options.
