I am tryiong to install a program and keep getting the error code 1925. It wants me to log on as an administrator but my system tells me I am the administrator. What do Ido?
Even though you are logged on as an Administrator, by (Microsoft's) design, Administrators run with Standard User privileges. To overcome this try right-clicking on any setup.exe and choose the "Run As Administrator" option. This might give you some
real Administrator privileges and get you over the line.
From Gina's link,
"Error 1925. You do not have sufficient privileges to complete this installation for all users of the machine. Log on as administrator and then retry this installation."
