How can I change the default line spacing and paragraph spacing in WordPad? I make changes in the menu bars, but the changes are lost when WordPad is closed and I have to reset the spacing when I open a new WordPad window. For that matter, how can I
also change the default font and size? Thanks.
I found a semi-workaround. I made the changes I wanted and then saved a new default "document.rtf". I then changed that document's properties to open with WordPad instead of Word and made it read-only. I then changed WordPad's icon path to the new document.
Now, when I click on the WordPad icon the new default document opens with *most* of the changes I made. The line and paragraph spacing are retained, but the font keep switching back to Calibri. Oh, well. Half a loaf is better than none!
