Windows 7 oem reinstallation on new hard drive

Im using an oem windows 7 pome premium on my computer.2 months back i changed my graphics card with no issues. my question is can i change my hard disk to a higher capacity one without violating my license.i want to do a clean reinstall on the new harddrive and use it in the same computer with same old mb,ram,graphics card.

i ve never reactivated before. and i think my assembler has used a system builder package

can i reactivate via internet only, without calling microsoft. pls help

Changing the hard drive is not an issue. A clean install will of course require activation and you may be required to activate via the Phone.
