Windows 7 is not genuine after cloning to SSD

I cloned my 1TB HDD that came with my PC to a Samsung 840 Pro using Samsung's Data Migration tool. And after taking out the old HDD and trying to boot from the SSD, I Diagnostic Report (1.9.0027.0):

get a blue screen saying my copy of Windows is not genuine, how can I fix this?
