Question

Upgrading from Windows Vista to Windows 7

While upgrading to Windows 7, I reached the install window and my system completed each listed item  with a check mark next to: (Copying Windows Files), (Gathering Files, Settings, Programs), (Expanding Windows Files), and (Installing Features, ....).  However, the last item (Transferring Files, Settings, Programs) has reached 63% complete status but has frozen at that point for the past several hours without a change.

Any suggestions?
