Can I keep my activation confirmation ID for further use (In case I want to offline activate it again on the same computer)?

Hi everyone.
I'm in possession of Windows 7 Home Premium Package (Retail License).

First question -
Although this software is intended to activate in South East Asia, I can't activate it via online from my country, Myanmar (Burma), which is I'm sure located in South East Asia. The online activation wizard tells me that this product key is not available to activate in this specific geographic region. Why? I bought it from Thailand (IT City, Pantip Plaza, Bangkok). Are you telling me that I have to live with it? This OS cost me 200 US$ guys!!!! Can I get new key which is available to activate via online Free Of Charge? Why not Free Of Charge? That's not fair for me. OK? I'm very angry now.

I wonder someone can help me with that problem.

Anyway, I'm now activated.
I activate it via offline method, automated telephone system.
I call Vietnam Activation Center. +844 3 blah blah blah I can't remember.
That cost me oversea phone bill. OK, no problem I'm fine with that.

Second question is -
Can I keep the confirmation ID for further use? (If I have to reinstall it on another computer and offline activate it)
I'm well aware that being installed on two computer with the same product key at the same time is illegal and my product key could be block. I will not take advantage like that.

Can I keep the confirmation ID? I don't want to spend my money on oversea phone bills everytime I activate my License. Is there any other way if I can't keep that confirmation ID?

Third question is -
Why my product ID is expired for Microsoft OAS Support Service? What do you mean by expired? Illegal?

Keeping the confirmation id will be of no use since it will dynamically generate another requiring that Microsoft give you a new one if you need reinstall and reactivate.

To avoid complications in the future, I suggest you simply create a backup of your Windows 7 installation.
