Removing Ubuntu without a CD-ROM

I just installed Ubuntu and it sucked, so I wanted to remove it because it is slowing my startup time. I have an Acer Aspire 1810TZ, 2GB RAM, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and no CD-ROM. I tried to look for a usable Windows 7 ISO but can't find one.
