BSOD error c5

Original Title - BSOD help please

Hello i got a BSOD, i have these reasons



  BCCode: c5
  BCP1: 0000000200000001
  BCP2: 0000000000000002
  BCP3: 0000000000000000

  OS Version: 6_1_7601
  Service Pack: 1_0
  Product: 768_1


I got Bluescreenviewer and this is what it told me as well, 

Caused by driver: ntoskrnl.exe
Description: NT Kernel & System
 I was wondering, how do i fix it?

Ok, it worked! i just resetted to default and updated Bios and its all good.. So i've re'oced my processor and memory... I have it at 4.6g @1.275V and my RAM at 1600 (manually) 10-10-10-29, and try with DRAM voltage a t 1.575 (up from 9-9-9-24)
