blue screen windows 7 bccode 7f

I have an acer aspire z5610 running windows 7 64 bit. I have had this since december with no problems. just today my system started crashing repeatedly. I get a blue screen error, the system restarts and I get this error detail

I wasn't able to find the files that it mentioned that I had seen other people post on this forum. I haven't installed any hardware since I bought the computer and the only new software that I installed recently  was zone alarm

Since you have ZoneAlarm installed in Windows 7 64-bit, the problem could be related to ZoneAlarm, such as in the following thread:

You could try disabling NetBIOS over TCP/IP or uninstall ZoneAlarm and see if the BSODs resolve.

As an alternative to disabling NetBIOS over TCP/IP or uninstalling ZoneAlarm you could try the following hotfix:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981180/en-us

There is a link at the top of the article to request the hotfix.
