How to mute user that is left on the background when using fast user switching?

I'm looking for this feature, but don't seem to find it anywhere what I'd like the feature to do.

If Windows goes to screen saver mode and the returns to login screen it should be playing sounds from the user that was last logged in.
When another user logs in, the active user should be given all audio and the one that was left in background should be muted.

Hi,

Unfortunately, no such option exists in Windows 7. You must login to the other user account and mute sound and then login to your account.
If you mute the sound for one account then it will be muted for all the accounts in your computer.
