Windows 7 Home Premium forgot password

I have a Toshiba laptop and my daughter forgot her password and there was not a reset USB or backup disc created.  I tried the F8 with all safe modes and nothinng works, it keeps rebooting to the password screen  The F10 on startup brings me to edit windows boot options...what do I do from here? I don't know how to get around this and reset the password.  Please Help.

Hello pitbull486,

Unfortunately Microsoft forbid users of this forum from disclosing any workarounds that will enable a user to cirumvent a user password. Any workaround that is disclosed is likely to be quickly removed by a moderator.
