My virus software flagged me after running a scan "corrupt syswow64\mfc45.dat"

do I need to worry?

Which antivirus software are you using?

Method 1: Since the antivirus software which notified you about this, could be a virus.

Create a restore point, before you delete the file and then delete the file.

If something goes wrong, you may revert the changes.
