Hi Luizcs16 - Welcome to Microsoft Answers Community.

AFAIK, Microsoft will never call you, unless you personally tell them to
do so, and then of course you have to give your phone-number so they
can contact you by phone. Please do NOT trust such calls in the future.
Also AFAIK, once you open a Microsoft Support case they will give
you some support ID, that you must use, and if the support
employee calls you (once you told him to do so) he will share some
Support ID Code and you will know whether he is from Microsoft
or NOT because your Support ID must mache with the
code the Microsoft Support guy told by phone.
