Computer starts by itself

I have been working on computers for a long time now and have come across a prob I can't figure out, My problem is every day when I get home from work my puter is running, and my wife say's she has not touched it. on my day off I had it off and kept an eye on it and at 1;10 it started all by itself. I Have my Bios set to not wake on lan and my rj45 is unpluged, I have checked everything I can think of, has anyone ever seen anything like this. please let me know Thank's

If the machine is truly off or hibernated, and not in standby, then the issue is a setting in the bios.

Many Dell machines, for example, can be set to turn on or off at a set time, in addition to having Wake On Lan enabled or disabled.

If you cannot find such a setting in the bios, there's an additional possibility:  the mechanism may be there, but not exposed in your bios version, and there might be corrupt data causing this action.

What I would try, if you rule out an explicit bios setting, is to get a new bios version (or the same bios version) and update the bios code--even if it is to the same version.

After doing so, go through all the settings and arrange them to your satisfaction, then see if that solves the problem--but if the machine is in fact off or hibernated--the OS is not involved--so the trigger has to be in the BIOS.
