cannot open main console trend micro titaniun 2012
running windows 7, have recently installed trend micro titanium 2012, the computer says i am protected, but when i double click the icon to open the main console nothing happens. i get the window to come up that says trend micro wants control, i say yes
and nothing further happens.
hi contacted trend micro support on line, by right clicking the icon and going to properties, then click on the compatibility page and you can select the correct version of windows. All fixed now
