According to the manufacturer website the drivers and other files for the camcorder are already included with the device and there is no need to install them separately to make the device work. You may refer to the below link for details -

I would suggest you to check if the device gets detected in device manager. You may follow the steps provided to access the device manager and check if the device is listed there -
1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Click System and Maintenance, click System, and then click Device Manager.
Note If Control Panel is in Classic View, double-click
System, and then click Device Manager.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click
Allow.
Now you may expand the device and check if the device is listed under any categories.
If the issue persists I would suggest you to contact the device manufacturer to get the desired support in the right direction. You may refer to the below provided link for assistance on the issue -
