How to convert Windows Live Movie Maker files to mp3

i am using windows7 software. how can i convert wlmp file to mp3 or avi file format pls

wlmp is the format of movie maker projects.

Open the file in movie maker and save it to your HD:

To save as a .wmv movie file
Type   Ctrl+P (or go to...File  Save Movie File)
to open the Save Movie Wizard
Choose   My Computer
Next
Enter a Name and a Save Location
Next
Tic  'Best Quality For My Computer'
Next
Wait while the movie is saved
Finish...

To save as a DV-AVI movie file
Type   Ctrl+P (or go to...File / Save Movie File)

to open the Save Movie Wizard
Choose   My Computer
Next
Enter a Name and a Save Location
Next
Show More Choices
Other Settings
Open the drop window and choose   DV-AVI
Next
Wait while the movie is saved
Finish
