Windows 7 - How to adjust Low Memory Theshold?

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE POST BEFORE POSTING AN ANSWER
That is very important, thanks.

Hello,

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate x86 (32bit) with 3GB Switch enabled and Page-File disabled on a laptop with 3GB RAM. Windows Update is enabled.

I would like to adjust Low Memory Threshold of Windows 7 from standard 75% to 90% or 95%.

There are a lot of topics on the Internet with the same or similar questions, found no solution in any of them however. The most disappointing trend is that those topics get thrashed by suggestions not corresponding with the topic and closed. Thus, I created this topic on official Microsoft website, in hope to avoid offtopic answers, draw some specialists' attention to the problem, and finally get an answer.

Thus, I ask you kind Sir or Madam reading this topic, PLEASE

* DO NOT POST IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM WRITING ABOUT AND WHY. This topic is about solving a well-known problem, if you do not get what it is all about - please google it or discuss somewhere else.
* DO NOT POST ANYTHING ABOUT PAGE-FILE. This topic is not about Page-File! I know what it is, I know how it works and how it affects my computer performance and HDD, and it is unacceptable for me to enable a pagefile of any size. Moreover that, there are thousands of users with exactly the same attitude. So, please, post no comments regarding page-file.
* DO NOT POST ADVICES ABOUT INCREASING MEMORY SIZE. This topic is not about size of memory, but about how Windows handles it.  Some users face same problem with 16GB of memory. So, please, do not post any comments regarding memory size.
* DO NOT POST ADVICES ABOUT DECREASING MEMORY CONSUMPTION OF APPLICATIONS. This topic is not about memory-inefficient applications or disabling Windows interface features. I just want to increase threshold from 75% to 90% or 95%, neither I want nor I need advices not regarding this problem, thus, please, do not post such suggestions.
* DO NOT POST ADVICES ABOUT DISABLING LOW MEMORY THRESHOLD. It is well-known that you can completely disable the Low Memory Threshold, however, for many people (including me) it is unacceptable to disable it completely. I need a solution on how to adjust it from 75% to 90 or 95%.
* DO NOT POST ADVICES ABOUT USING THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE. This topic is about Windows and mechanisms bulit-in, and, moreover that, in order to achieve the goal using 3rd party software to alert on low memory requires disabling Windows built-in Low-Memory Threshold, which is unsuitable, as stated above, thus please do not post any suggestions regarding installing 3rd party sofrware.
* DO NOT POST ADVICES ABOUT INSTALLING DIFFERENT OPERATING SYSTEM. Windows 7 Ultimate x86 suits my needs perfectly except the described problem. Users suffer same problem using Windows 7 x86 & x64, Windows Vista x86 & x64, and Windows 8 x86 & x64. Once I upgrade my laptop to 8GB RAM, I will of course switch to Windows 7 Ultimate x64, and no, I don't want to switch to Linux or AROS yet. Changing operation system is not the question of the topic, so please, do not discuss operating systems.
* DO NOT POST ABOUT VIDEOCARDS. I have discrete mxm videocard 9600M GT with 512MB onboard RAM which could of course drain up to 1791MB from RAM but I do not run any applications with such demands. Moreover that, users with high-perfromance desktops are also suffering from the problem described above, and it is not connected with the videocard in any way. So, please, do not discuss videocards in this topic.
* DO NOT POST TROLLING AND FLAME. This topic is about question serious for some people, and there are millions of other places to troll on the Internet, thus please, do not troll in this topic.

IF YOU ARE A QUALIFIED MICROSOFT ENGINEER AND YOU DO KNOW FOR SURE THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ADJUST LOW MEMORY THRESHOLD FROM 75% TO 90% OR 95% IN WINDOWS 7 THEN PLEASE POST SO THAT PEOPLE STOP TRYING

IF YOU ARE ALSO INTERESTED IN ADJUSTING LOW MEMORY THRESHOLD FROM 75% TO 90% OR 95% IN WINDOWS 7 YOU MAY POST TO SHOW SUPPORT AND DRAW MICROSOFT SPECIALISTS' ATTENTION TO THE TOPIC

Thank you for reading my topic. Sorry if some phrases look weird in my posts, English is not my native language. And I do understand there is a high possibility my topic will get no answers at all, well, that's fate then. =)

Yours sincerely,
Alexander aka FN86

Dear Jackquniezx,

I've followed the advice from the first link and created described registry keys, even though it is for Win2k, not Win7, but it doesn't work.

All other links are absolutely useless for me. I am satisfied with my computers' performance, I am dissatisfied with the low memory notification appearing when I have quite a lot free memory instead of appearing when I am really close to running out of it.

Thank you for your answer,
FN86
