Windows 7 does not recognize Webroot antivirus__

Hi,

Many users have fixed this problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

Sometimes if the applications are not installed properly or not installed as administrator we might experience these issues.
Uninstall the program completely and then right click and run as administrator and check if that helps

To uninstall or change a program:
a. Open Programs and Features by clicking theStart button, clickingControl Panel, clickingPrograms, and then clickingPrograms and Features.
b. Select a program, and then clickUninstall. Some programs include the option to change or repair the program in addition to uninstalling it, but
many simply offer the option to uninstall. To change a program, click Change orRepair.
c. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
