Windows 7 Backup - Error 0x80080005

I am running Windows 7 and trying to back up my system.  Each time I go to Control Panel>System and Securiy>Backup and Restore>Setup Backup, I receive the error:
"The backup application could not start due to an internal error:  Server execution failed (0x80080005).

I have administrator rights to the machine.  I've done a search online and tried a few things, but nothing worked.  Any ideas?

By the way all notes on this in Windows that I could find relate to Windows Vista and dated 2009.  Very confusing.....  Anything concrete for Windows 7?

honestly for this issue, I would ask this question at the technet forums only because I am seeing more stuff reported over there.  I included a couple of other links on this issue.  I hope it helps, but honestly windows backup utility is not the greatest.
