W7 Health report says I have a High number of interrups, I do pro audio work and I would like to know what to do to reduce this number as it doesnt seem to be a good thing to have. thanks

Hi, this is my first post so my etiquet might not be proper,

I am running W7 pro.

I ran a health report and recieved the following error in the Informational section. Severity was information and the warning was: High average interrupts / processor. This machine has 2 processors and 4 network cards. Total Interrupts/sec on the machine is 26296. The average interrupts per processor per sec is 13148.

under related it said to go to the followign site: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=70096

I went I did everything it said to do. the main thing is I adjusted the visual effects and i put them at performance. it still didnt change what the test reported.

Too make a long story short I do pro audio recording adn need to understand that im running a near optimal system as I can. And I have been havign a few issues with Sonar 8 my DAW. such as the audio engine just turns red and says droupout. So im tryign to see what it is exactly that I must do to have less interrups on the processors.

I disabled my wireless card, made the monitors go to 16 bit, now there back at 32bit
