Unable to print, printer asks for "Output File Name"

I was printing fine until I went on Timeline facebook. Coincidence?  Now I cannot print without  a Print to File box asking for "Output File Name".  What is this?

I had the same problem because I had chosen 'print to file'. If that is the case, disable it from Adobe Reader by Print->Advanced->Print to file
