Multiple Blue Screen Errors on Windows 7 64-bit PC

I recently put together a custom computer installed windows 7 64bit home.  It was working fine for about 3 days, then every time I started my computer up I get BSOD's from 1 up to 15 BSOD's before it works.  I've ran HDD Scans to see if something was wrong, memorytest86 ( 3 passes ) with each stick, everything I can think of and i'm not getting any errors yet I keep getting these blue screens.

Answer
I just went to newegg to read customer reviews, and it seems a few people are getting the same bluescreen problems as me with this motherboard and they are saying its a problem with the south bridge.  So I'm probably going to RMA it since i'm still within neweggs 30 day time.
