Microsoft .Net Framework error. Remote name could not resolve to peeracon.com

Hi there

Everytime i turn my laptop on in the last two days, i get this box with the above error message.  Can someone please help me in getting rid of it?

If this thing is coming at startup it should be definitely at startup items.. 
Using this link you can disable startup items.. and check..

Some Kind of application written on .net framework based thing.. 
If it sounds like virus, removal of startup items may be followed by a virus scan.. 

Download hitman pro 3.7 (shareware and can be activated for 30 days free)and have a full system scan.. http://www.surfright.nl/en 


And/or
use malwarebyte  have a full system scan http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/

And/or
use Junkware Removal  Tool have a full system scan

This error happens in Windows 8. When i use webcam, like in Facebook or Skype etc. After ending the call the sound just doesn't work anymore. I mean the computer has no sound at all. The media player doesn't start playing music files at all. Flashplayer start playing the video for 23-5 seconds and then it stops. And then when i restart the pc it shows that error and then the sound comes back. I don't know how to fix this . Please help. It happens only in windows 8 for me
