explorer.exe uses 4GB of ram

the windows explorer is always runs on 99% of the ram however i have 4GB of ram iam running on windows 7

"i am sure that's is the windows explorer when i end "explorer.exe" process the ram goes to 18%"

also i have microsoft essential anti-virus how can i solve this?

I would suggest you to follow these methods and check if it helps

Method 1:

Try using the Performance troubleshooter to automatically find and fix problems.

Open the Performance troubleshooter

Method 2:

I would suggest you to perform Clean Boot on the computer and check if issue persists.

Disclaimer: After you used the clean boot to resolve your problem follow Step 7 to reset the computer to start as usual.
