Hi,

When do you receive this error message?

I suggest you to perform the below mentioned steps to work on the issue.

Step 1: I suggest you to put the computer in clean boot state and check.

To help troubleshoot error messages and other issues, you can start Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This kind of startup is known as a "clean boot." A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Refer the link below for more details:

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows 7:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note:

After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps in the above article to reset the computer to start as usual.

Step 2:  The shell extension that appears to be causing the crash is the ASUSWSShellExt64.dll:

Fault Module Name: ASUSWSShellExt64.dll

Fault Module Version: 1.1.0.27

The ASUSWSShellExt64.dll appears to be from ASUS WebStorage software.

The same problem was reported in the following link:

http://forum.asuswebstorage.com/showtopic.aspx?topicid=205

Try updating, or if necessary, uninstall the ASUS WebStorage software.

Step 3: If the issue persists follow the methods from the below mentioned Microsoft Article.

Hope this helps!!!
