Big problems with my windows computer

Alright, so yesterday I turned on the pc, and after a while just everything got really slow. Programs didn't respond and just everything is slow. So I decided to **** down the pc. I boot it up, and it comes up with that screen to launch startup repair or start Windows normally. I have no actual idea why did this just happen. So I go to start Windows normally and the computer just restarts. If I go to launch startup repair it goes through Windows is loading files and the Microsoft Corporation thing. Then it goes to the windows 7 backgound that is just smaller than my monitor and stays for a while like this(like 3 minutes). After that it goes to "Searching for problems" thing for a while again, and thn it just goes back to that background STUCK. I have actually no idea what the hell happened, I don't have a recovery disk. I could try make abootable USB Flash with windows 7 to reinstall it, however, I would need my key which I don't and can't know. I could save important files by booting into Linux from a USB and taking my files on another USB. But I NEED to fix or reinstall Windows 7.

Thank you.

Ok, there is no sticker on my computer, so I don't know my key. I CAN'T create a repair disk, since my other computer is 32-bit Windows and the one that is broken is 64-bit.

Oh, nevermind, it is the same version I have. I don't have a recordable dvd. I have a rewritable  but that gives me errors, I can't use a flash drive because I first need to have it on the dvd

Did you test the Hard Drive?

If it passed the test, did you then attempt to use the Recovery partition to reinstall the Operating System, as that reinstall method should not require the use of a Product Key?
