when I want to use telnet, I always get 400 bad request

Hi,
when I want to use telnet, I always get 400 bad request .
I was tried many of domains . But the result is the same .
It shows a blank screen and I type something and I get this message .

Hi,

 

1. Which domains are you trying to connect to?

2. Can you access the same websites using Internet Explorer?

3. Exactly what are you typing in the open blank screen (is it in command prompt)?

 

The 400 Bad Request error is an HTTP status code that means that the request you sent to the website server (i.e. a request to load a web page) was somehow malformed therefore the server was unable to understand or process the request.

2. of course .......
3. something like : dshkfhdsjkf, fkshdjkf, Administrator, B3HZAD(that's my user name), ......
but what I am typing is invisible . yes it is in command prompt .

and this is what I have gotten :
