Original Title: how do I remove the no internet access notification on private LAN

Good day. I am on a Private LAN no Internet access, and I need to remove the notification on the Network adapter that says No Internet Access.

I tryed to disable the regestry seting "Enable Active Probing" form 1 to 0 and still have the notification.

Using Windows 7
