Mapped Network Drives in Windows 7

Hello All I have a strange one here. I have mapped a network drive as drive z: in windows 7 to a computer running XP but the drive doesnt display in windows explorer also when I go to disconnect network drive there are no drives listed to disconnect. However I know that the drive is mapped correctly becauce I can access it from command prompt and copy files from the network drive to my local drive. I have tried refreshing windows explorer but the drive wont display.

Open the Group Policy Editor

       2.   Go to User Configuration  and then go to Administrative Templates

       3.   Now click on Windows Components  and then open Windows Explorer.

       4.  Here,  check if “Hide these specified drives in My Computer” is enabled.
