error windows could not setup adhoc network connection?win7home premium

in network and sharing centre i select new connection>setup adhoc(computer to compter)network and fill network name and all other boxes and hit enter then i get error windows could not set up"name of network" i have wireless brodcome802.11g network adapter.plz give me some solution a perfect solution.thanks

1.       When exactly are you getting this error message?

2.       Were there any recent changes made to the computer prior to the issue?
