Error 651 while connecting to internet

Just upgraded from Windows Vista to Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit.

Everything works fine except internet connection. Clicking on the broadband icon followed by the broadband connection and clicking connect shows another window requesting User Name ans Pass Word, which I don't know. An error 651 now shows Connecting through Wan Miniport (PPPOE)

I also have Laptop using Windows Vista on the same Home Network and works o'k
