Chrome: Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): SSL protocol error.__

I could log in to some https site with window XP but could no longer do that with window 7. I will normally be prompted for "secruity alert' in XP but do not in window 7. What should I do? How could I get to those https wedsite in window 7 as I did in XP.

If you are using chrome It's just a Browser Cache Problem Refreshing  the Page or Restarting your connection solves this I often get this problem so often I wrote a post how to fix error 107
