"Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Root Hub" disappeared from the list of Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
Driver: Renesas Electronics 2.1.19.0
In apparaatbeheer staat: het apparaat start niet (code 10).
De USB Host Controller Utility zegt : Usb Host Controller niet gevonden.
Na het verwijderen van het draadloze keyboard en de installatie van USB-keyboard en muis herkende en installeerde Windows de nieuwe apparaten en werkte ook de USB 3.0, maar na nieuwe start van de PC start het USB 3.0-apparaat niet meer op.

There is a new driver released (2.1.25) which might help: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19880&lang=eng&wapkw=(USB3_allOS_2.1.19.0_PV.exe)
And new firmware (I haven't tried this one yet)

Several times I had tried different drivers and also the new firmware, but each time after a reboot "Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Root Hub" disappeared from the list of Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
Yesterday after reading your advice I tried again the driver and firmware and when I checked the list before restarting, everything was okay. From now I start the software every time I want to use the USB 3.0. It's not ideal but it works and I see no other solution.
