HP printer error code Oxc19a0022 and not working. It just keeps saying to turn printer off & back on, but this doesn't do anything to fix the problem. At my wits end!!!

I can be reached by phone at 956-627-3700 & I'm in Central time, or by computer. Please help me with this problem, as I really need to use my printer, and HATE the thought of having to spend money to take it to Best Buy Geek Squad to fix. But it may be necessary unless you can help me.

Three points/questions:
 
1. You haven't told us the brand/model number of the printer. What is
it?
 
2. Have you downloaded/installed a Windows 7 driver for the printer? I
not, you need to do so.
 
3. The Best Buy Geek Squad (and similar big box stores) is, in my
view, the *worst* possible place to take your computer for service.
They are mostly incompetent, and I strongly recommend that if you do
need professional help, you don't try to get it there.
