how do run the clean function of my color printer?

i just need to know how to access the clean function of my color printer which exists somewhere.

 When you click on "Printing Preferences", what comes up? On the properties page for my 2355 AIO, I get another window with seven tabs along the top, and the last tab is "Services." Clicking on that tab shows a single large button "Service this device." Clicking on that brings up a third window (phew!!) that's titled "HP PSC 2350 series Toolbox" and has three tabs along the top of it. The first tab is "Device Services" and "Clean the print cartridges" is the second option down. Yours may not be exactly like this since yours is a newer AIO with newer drivers, but should be similar. Do you have the latest full service driver from HP installed for it?

That says Windows 7 32-bit, but it's the same driver for both versions, 32- or 64-bit.
