HASP SRM run-time environment (H0033). Windows does recognize the dongle. How do I fix this?

When trying to open an embroidery design that requires a dongle (Pfaff 4D) I get the error message HASP SRM run-time environment (H0033).
The laptop recognizes the dongle.  I'm using a MacPro running Windows 7 thru Parallels 8. I've checked (as best I can) that the firewalls and virus protection is off.  Thanks for any help.
