Digital Persona does not detect fingerprint reader in Windows 7

I upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 Pro (full install). Now, DigitalPersona will not detect the fingerprint reader. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing both the driver and the program, to no avail. Any ideas?

Hi Cankermechanic,

I would suggest that you try updating the drivers from the Device Manager and check.

If the issue still persists, then I would recommend that you uninstall the drivers and re-install the drivers from the Digital Persona website if that helps you.

I would also recommend that you contact the computer manufacturer for further assistance on this issue.
