Cannot connect to iMT525 bluetooth device on Windows 7

Original title:Bluetooht peripheral device

I used SONY viao with window 7.
I can paired iMT525 but cannot connect it.

when check in device manager, it shows "bluetooth peripheral device"

it also show the masseges as
1. bluetooth peripheral device .   no driver found
2. bluetooth connection successful.
    bluetooth device iMT525 is connected to
   the 'Audio Gateway' service on this computer.
3. Bluetooth Stereo Audio
    Bluetooth headset did not accept stereo audio connection

anyway it's not a problem for my phone LGmini, it connected successfully.

Hi P.Nonthan,

 

Step 1: Firstly, we need to check if the device is compatible with Windows 7. I could not find your device on Windows 7 Compatibility center , please check the documentation that came with the device if it is compatible with Windows 7.

 

Step 2: If the device was supplied with a drivers and software disc, install the drivers and software available on the disc and check if the issue persists.
